Does same-day cost more?
No. There is no premium for a standard same-day slot — you pay exactly the same fair, load-based prices as our normal rubbish removal, from £85 for a minimum charge. You only pay for the space your rubbish takes up in the van, and the price is fixed up front before we set off.
How quickly can you arrive?
Often within a couple of hours across our West London base and the surrounding boroughs and Home Counties, depending on how busy the day is and where you are. When you book we will give you a realistic arrival window rather than leaving you waiting in — and we will keep you posted if anything shifts.
Do I need to be there?
It helps if you can be there to point out what goes, but it is not essential. If you cannot be on-site we can usually arrange access — a neighbour, a concierge, a key safe or clear instructions all work. Just let us know when you book and we will sort out the details.
